Ken made this amazing salsa today to accompany our simple tilapia. It was delicioso!
The recipe is quick and very easy. It is both delightfully fresh and at the same time full of flavor.
Poblano Salsa
1 Roma tomato
1 Poblano pepper
1/4 pickled jalapenos
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp jalapeno jar juice
1/4 tsp comino (cumin)
Combine in food processor and pulse until finely ground, but not pureed.
Serve with fish or homemade corn tortillas.
