Last week Ken made deep dish pizza crust using the spring form pan. The pizza was of course incredibly delicious and the crust was chewy and luscious. The CIA dough recipe is a win-win every time. The other thing that Ken did was to put the toppings on the bottom and the cheese on top -- how very Chicago.
By the way, this photo does not do the crust justice. And Mom... thanks for the markings on the bottom of the pan...we had it in correctly this time. LOL
